Shipping Policy

Thank you for purchasing our tea! We take great care in packaging and shipping our Classic Hibiscus Tea bags to ensure they arrive fresh and aromatic at your doorstep. Please review our shipping policy details below:

1. Shipping Coverage

We ship products to customers all across India. Currently, we do not support international shipping outside of Indian territories.

2. Shipping Charges

We charge a flat delivery fee of ₹50 on all orders, regardless of the size or weight of the package.

3. Processing & Dispatch Timeline

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of payment validation. We package and dispatch shipments from our logistics office in Thrissur, Kerala.

4. Delivery Timescales

Once your package is handed over to our shipping carriers, the expected transit timelines are:

• Within Kerala: 2 to 3 business days.
• Other Metropolitan Areas & South India: 3 to 5 business days.
• Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days.

Please note: timelines are estimated. Deliveries may experience delays during national holidays, extreme weather events, or transport strikes.

5. Tracking Your Shipment

Once your order has shipped, the tracking number will be entered into our backend. You will receive an SMS or email notification containing your courier tracking information. You can use this code on the carrier's website (e.g. India Post, Delhivery) to monitor the package transit status.
