Welcome to T'Mora. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and purchase of our Classic Hibiscus Tea products. By accessing our site and placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms outlined below.

1. Use of the Site

You must be at least 18 years of age or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian to make purchases. All transactions are guest checkouts; you are responsible for providing precise shipping information.

2. Products & Pricing

We sell Classic Hibiscus Tea bags in two formats: 1 Pack (30 bags) for ₹299 and 2 Pack (60 bags) for ₹549. We make every effort to display product details and specifications accurately. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All domestic Indian orders carry a flat shipping fee of ₹50.

3. Payments & Billing

All customer transactions are processed securely through our authorized payment partner, **Razorpay**. By submitting checkout details, you warrant that you are authorized to utilize the chosen payment instrument (Card, UPI, Netbanking). If payment validation fails or is declined, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction.

4. Order Acceptance & Inventory

We reserve the right to limit the order quantity on any product or variant. An order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your purchase order; we reserve the right to decline or cancel orders at our sole discretion due to inventory stockouts, pricing discrepancies, or shipping constraints.

5. Delivery & Title

Product package deliveries are executed by third-party shipping couriers. Risk of loss and title for packages pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the shipping carrier.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall T'Mora or its manufacturer, Igenius Nature Herbs Pvt. Ltd., be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the purchase, consumption, or usage of our tea products.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of the state of Kerala.
